Clarification on reporting moves

Gents -

Here are a couple of reminders on how the process works for reporting things.

For this week the Clowns are Griswalding themselves across the country and will not be making changes to Sportsline. So, FOR THIS WEEK ONLY (ending Saturday 6/12/10) any issues you have or moves you need help with on Sportsline should be sent to David M and Rich.

When you are reporting trades you ALWAYS need to report your deal and associated moves to Rich. Both teams need to report the trade in order for it to be official. Rich then forwards the trade information and associated moves to Mike C. so he can update Sportsline.

Ruffins and Revenge get jiggy

The Ruffins and Revenge completed a trade effective for tomorrow's (Monday's) games.

The Ruffins send perennial injured Carlos Beltran, Chris Carter and their 12th round pick to the Revenge for closer Brad Lidge and the Revenge's 7th round pick.

Dem Rebels and Ruffins

The Ruffins and Dem Rebels reported what could be considered a blockbuster deal this morning. Dem Rebels traded the cornerstone of their outfield in exchange for what they are hoping are solid pieces for their future.

Dem Rebels send Andrew McCutchen (.05 11+) and Adam Dunn (.35 12+) to the Ruffins and receive in return Mike Leake (.01 12+), Starlin Castro (.10 12+), Tyler Colvin (.10 12+) and Sergio Romo (.01 11+).

The Ruffins were able to add two massively productive OFs for their run for the top while Dem Rebels were able to add four solid positions to plug their holes and hopefully allow them to catch the Killers. A tearful farewell took place at Confederate Park as the fans said good-bye to long-time favorite Dunn and newly beloved phenom McCutchen.
