Clowns on the Attack!

The Candy Colored Clowns didn't just make a push for the title, they hopped in a bulldozer and shoved with all their mite.

The Clowns pulled off two blockbuster deals in the course of fifteen minutes.

First the Clowns traded 3B Mark Reynolds (.14, 10!), OF Domonic Brown (.02, MX), IF/OF Todd Frazier (.02, MX) and their 5th round rotation draft pick to Dem Rebels for 1B Ryan Howard (.40, 11+), OF Drew Stubbs (.05, 11+) and SS Ronny Cedeno (.10, 12+).

The deal gives the Clowns some offensive help to make up ground and continues to build the Rebels for a strong tomorrow. At long last the coveted Domonic Brown is in flannel giving the Rebels a formidable Outfield of the Future.

But wait! There's more! The Clowns and Kenndoze Line then pulled off a HUGE deal moments later.

After more than 20 e-mails of negotiation the Candy Colored Clowns have agreed to send OF Carlos Gonzalez (.10, 11+), SS Stephen Drew (.20, 11+), 1B/OF Logan Morrison (.10, MX), P Ubaldo Jimenez (.10, 10!), P Jaime Garcia (.10, 12+) and P Jenrry Mejia (.05, 12+) to the Kenndoza Line for 1B Albert Pujols (.50, 12+), 3B Chipper Jones (.18, 12+), OF Nyjer Morgan (.01, 10), OF Chris Heisey (.05, 12+), P Chris Carpenter (.01, 10) and P Matt Capps (.12, 12+).

Will this be enough for the Clowns to leapfrog four teams and gain fifteen points? We'll know in early October.

On Second Thought

After losing two bids to tie-breakers last week, the Line modified their initial bid to ensure success this week.
