In celebration of his birthday yesterday, the head of the Candy Colored Clowns picked up a birthday present.

Clowns claimed Carson Kelly .05 and waived Mark Melancon  .23.

Deadline to claim Melancon is Sunday, January 28 at 3pm Central.
