2011 Draft Pick Tracker Updated

Recent days have seen quite the flurry of 2011 Rotation Draft picks exchanging hands, including one pick that has been traded multiple times.  I've updated the Rotation Draft Pick Tracker on the website to reflect all that activity, and hopefully I've gotten it all right.

That's where you come in - particularly if you were one of the owners engaging in the Great Pick Swap.  Please take a few moments to check the tracker and verify that it accurately reflects your current set of Rotation Draft picks.

You can always access the tracker from the menu to the right of the post, and also in the CFCL QuickLinks section of the CFCL Internet Headquarters.  Here's a direct link to the tracker, though:

Let me know if any corrections are needed.

Kenndoza/Clowns set aside differences and deal

Gentlemen (and Kenn - See? It even works for Trade Announcements!)

The Clowns and Kenndoza Line hooked up (not that there's anything wrong with that) to swap some picks, some Ians, et. al.

The Clowns trade Ian Desmond (.08 12+), David Freese (.01 12+) and the 5th round pick acquired from the Bulls earlier this week in exchange for Ian Stewart (.05 10), Ricky Nolasco (.10 10) and the Line's 3rd round pick.

Gentlemen, next weekend the Rebels will be heading south for a week (gone from 7/24 and back on 7/31). This has various implications.

If you complete a trade you need to report the deal to both Mike C (Sportsline Czar) and David M (Draft Pick Tracker and Front Office Poster).

If you are trying to pick the Rebels roster clean, you need to do it before next Saturday or hope to make a last minute deal the following week.

Don't forget the deadlines coming up.

Sunday, August 1st is the IFAB Day, which so happens to be our normal Free Agent bidding day. The CFCL Trade Deadline is also Sunday, August 1st (noon). All deals have to be reported by both teams by noon, Sunday the 1st. Since I will be arriving back in town late morning on the 31st, I would appreciate it if any last minute deals are e-mailed to me. But if this will cause confusion, reporting them to Mike and David will also be accepted.
