With six minutes remaining in the trade season, the Killers and Line reported a deal.
Killers trade Tanner Roark (.10 16) to the Line for Adieny Hechavarria (.01 17+) and their 3rd round pick for 2017.
And in an interesting "Behind The Scenes But Not Quite Consummated" story, the Rebels and Clowns exchanged a flurry of five trade proposals in the last nine minutes of the trade season but just ran out of time before agreeing to a deal.
Any other interesting negotiations and just ran out of time?

The front office in Eukennott was a little stunned that no one came calling for prized trade chip, Mark Melancon. The *only* reason I went $.23 on him was he seemed like the best bet to net a blue chip at the trade deadline.
I guess the Ruffins looked too invincible, what with their flirting with double-digit lead and collection of back-breaking trades in the last week.
Just doing what I can to embiggen the jinx while standing on Rich's shoulders in the standings.
